TIME Device Purchase Terms & Conditions

This promotion is available to all new and existing TIME Subscribers who meet the Promotion Qualifications during the Promotion Period only and is subject to the Promotion Terms and Conditions below. Acceptance of the promotion gift, vouchers or rebates by Eligible Subscribers is deemed to be acceptable to the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  1. The prices of the Devices listed on our website is final and non-negotiable.
  2. TIME may, at any time, make changes to the prices of the Devices at its discretion and without prior notice.
  3. Devices sold are not returnable. Our plan recommender/specification sheet is merely meant to be used as a guide for purchase. Subscribers are advised to decide on which Device is suitable for them based on their own particular needs. Once purchased, the purchased Device shall be the Subscribers’ responsibility.
  4. TIME is unable to guarantee the availability of stock at all times, and the availability of the Devices will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. However, should TIME be unable to fulfil the item in seven (7) working days, TIME will inform the Subscriber and offer a replacement/refund of the Device.
  5. Should a new Subscriber opt to purchase a Device under this promotion during their sign up, TIME will not provide the new Subscriber with a TIME branded router.
  6. Devices purchased under this promotion will be installed by TIME installers free of charge as part of the installation process.
  7. Subscribers are encouraged at all times to ensure that the purchased Device is secure and updated at all times as it prevents any malicious attacks and keeps your connection secure. TIME will not be held responsible for any security breach/cyber-attacks caused by outdated firmware or configuration settings made by the Subscriber.
  8. Upon completion of the payment for the Device, a tax invoice will be sent to the Subscriber’s designated email address.
  9. In the event a Subscriber terminates/relocates TIME services, the purchased Device does not need to be returned to TIME. For relocation, Subscribers are advised to bring the purchased Devices to the new location. TIME will not be held responsible should Subscriber lose or misplace the Devices during the relocation process.
  10. For purchases made through Self Care where ‘Schedule an Installation’ has been selected, the Devices will be delivered and installed by our TIME Installers at no additional charge.
  11. For purchases made through Self Care where ‘Do it Myself’ installation has been selected, the Devices will be dispatched to the address provided within five (5) working days from purchase.
  12. All products carry a 2-year warranty period from the date of installation. During the warranty period, the decision on whether to refuse, repair, replace or refund shall be at TIME’s discretion, and such decision shall be conclusive and binding.
