Eligible customers who sign up for the 1Gbps plan on a 12-month contract will enjoy a promotional monthly fee of RM139/month throughout their 12-month contract period.

This promotion is valid from 3 August 2026 to 31 October 2026.

This promotion is open to students studying in recognised institutions of higher learning in Malaysia who sign up for the 1Gbps plan on a 12-month contract through selected Time sales channels during the promo period. You’ll need to provide a valid student ID as proof during signup.

You can sign up through selected Time sales channels or online via the Student Page at www.time.com.my/students.

If you’re signing up online, please start your purchase from the Student Page to enjoy the promotional monthly fee. You’ll also need to provide a valid Student ID during signup.

The promotional monthly fee of RM139/month will be reflected in your monthly broadband bill throughout your 12-month contract period. Additional charges such as prorated fees, voice calls or add-ons will still apply.

After your 12-month contract ends, your monthly broadband fee will revert to the prevailing retail price of RM219/month.

Unfortunately, this promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions except the Time Fibre Home offer for the differently abled (OKU) and the Hook Up and Earn Programme (HUAE) promos.

Yes, you’re still entitled to the promotion if you sign up within the promotion period. However, you’ll need to install and activate your service within two (2) months of your subscription date, or your application will be withdrawn and the promotion forfeited.

Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade your plan until after you’ve completed your 12-month contract.

If you terminate your subscription within your 12-month contract, you will:

• Forfeit the promotional monthly fee; and
• Incur an early termination charge of RM500 or the sum of your remaining contractual period, whichever is higher.
