Time Boosts Customer Speeds for Better Internet Experience

PRESS RELEASE
For Immediate Release

Shah Alam, 2 April 2024 – TIME dotCom (Time) has started upgrading its existing Time Fibre Home 100Mbps, 300Mbps and 500Mbps customers with a permanent speed boost that will deliver an even greater online experience. Time is rolling this out in batches and expects to complete the exercise by the end of April.

This exercise will see existing 100Mbps customers move up to 200Mbps, 300Mbps moves up to 500Mbps, while its 500Mbps customers will be bumped up to 600Mbps. This speed boost comes with absolutely no strings attached – customers will continue to pay the same monthly subscription fee, there are no changes to customers’ contracts and they will continue to enjoy any discounts or promotions they are currently enjoying.

In addition, all new sign-ups from now until the end of April will also be automatically upgraded to the new speeds of 200Mbps (from 100Mbps) and 600Mbps (from 500Mbps), respectively.

“We strongly believe our customers deserve the best Internet experience possible. This belief is why we’re constantly looking at ways to reward our customers better and we felt that it was timely to do so now. We hope that our customers enjoy this free permanent speed boost from us,” said Ignatius Lee, Time’s Chief Executive Officer of Retail Business.

Customers can check on the Time Internet app or Self Care portal to see if their speeds have been boosted. Customers can also reach out to the Time support team via their Live Chat if they have any questions.
