TIME and Partners Level Up SMEs’ Digital Game

Shah Alam, 19 August 2022 – TIME dotCom Berhad (TIME) has partnered with leading digital solution partners for the TIME Digital Masterclass, a series of free business webinars to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) upskill their digital proficiencies in a growing technology-dependent market.

The platform has been curated to feature insights from digital partners for businesses to apply and grow their customer base. Each 90-minute session features notable names in the industry such as TikTok, Shopee, SushiVid, Shopline, Kasatria – a Google Analytics Premium Partner – and more.

TIME’s monthly Digital Masterclass sessions have been designed with the SME segment in mind and condenses relevant tips and tricks into a cost-free webinar format for SMEs to pick up and implement in their daily operations without having to bear costly subscription fees.

TIME Digital Masterclasses presented to date have covered the basics of building brand relevance through video shorts with TikTok and navigating Shopee’s marketing tools to stand out in a busy and competitive e-commerce space.

TIME has seen exponential interest grow in its Digital Masterclass series over the past two months, captured in its increase in registration and attendance – with almost 400 participants engaged in these sessions. Through feedback collected from attendees, more than 92% of the attendees agree that the webinar content has been useful to them. The interactive Q&A setup has also provided valuable insights to partners’ platforms.
