The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 3-week intensive program in which students are given the opportunity to fully experience the telecommunications industry through the lens of one Internet service provider - Time dotCom.

Getting to splice fibre in real life was a rare chance to turn theory into practice. With the guidance of the network team, I even set the fastest record among my peers.
The hands-on integration with different teams challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and explore new skills I never expected to enjoy.
I experienced many 'once in a lifetime' moments, but the highlight was sharing memories with global participants who have now become friends.
The programme helped me realise I'm more drawn to the business side than the technical path I first imagined. It gave me clarity to forge a better career direction.
My mentors were brilliant. They challenged my thinking, encouraged me throughout and helped refine the business projects we worked on.
Exploring the diverse functions and departments at Time was fascinating. I gained valuable insight into how different roles contribute to the company's success and the range of skills involved.
GDP was a great opportunity to explore my interest in telecommunications. The session with the Product Manager gave valuable insights into their expertise and daily work.
Experiencing Malaysia's culture and visiting the data centre were the highlights for me. Meeting new people and seeing how different teams and departments operate firsthand was extremely rewarding.
Learning about team management across departments was eye-opening, giving me a deeper understanding of the telecommunications industry beyond WiFi and routers.
Time is truly about the people—it was evident from the start. Despite coming from the UK, the supportive and inclusive atmosphere bridged cultural differences and made me feel right at home.
