Notice to Consumers: GCC Sub-Code on Opt-In Requirements

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) registered the GCC Sub-Code on Opt-In Requirements on 25 May 2026. The Sub-Code is effective from the date of registration in accordance with Section 95(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. Consumers may access the full document here.
