Selected Elmina Green homeowners will receive a complimentary 1Gbps Time Fibre Home subscription for a duration of 12 months from the service activation date.
The subscription includes a complimentary 1Gbps broadband Internet service and a voice service that is chargeable on a pay-as-you-use basis. Charges for the voice service will be reflected in your monthly bill.
The 1Gbps broadband Internet service is complimentary while the voice service is chargeable on a pay-as-you-use basis at 10 sen per minute. You may also choose from one of the two other voice packages available at a fixed rate. Please refer to the sign up page for more information.
Your voice service will be suspended until payment is made. However, this will not affect your broadband Internet service. You may continue to use your Internet until the end of the complimentary service subscription.
Subscribe to Time Fibre Home at least a week before the end date and install your service 4 days before the end date to enjoy the complimentary broadband.

After subscribing online, you may choose the installation appointment date and time. The earliest available appointment for the installation would be 1 week from the day of your service subscription.
Unfortunately not. You may opt for a different broadband plan once the complimentary service period is over.
Yes. We have set up your voice service with a Closed User Group (CUG) feature. This feature allows you to call the guard house or any houses within your community, for free!
You will have to continue subscribing to Time Fibre Home after the complimentary service period to continue enjoying this feature.
We will send you a reminder SMS and email prior to the expiry of the service. A link will be provided to direct you to a website where you may opt to continue your Time Fibre Home subscription once you agree to pay for the monthly charges once the complimentary service ends
The account will be suspended and later terminated if there’s no response from you.
Yes, you may. Available plan options will be offered to you when you opt to continue your Time Fibre Home subscription.
Since the complimentary service is available for 12 months, you don’t have to terminate the service before it ends. However, if you still wish to do so, you may contact our Customer Service at 1800 18 1818.
Alternatively, you may also opt to transfer the remaining complimentary service period to the new owner or tenant by requesting a transfer of ownership.
Any outstanding voice charges must be paid in order to transfer ownership or terminate your subscription
This complimentary service is exclusive to Elmina Green project and cannot be transferred to other properties.
Yes, your tenant can subscribe to the complimentary service. If your tenant moves, the account can be transferred to the next tenant or back to you, the owner. Please contact our Customer Service at 1800 18 1818 to arrange the transfer of ownership.
If you are subscribed to the Time Voice Home Lite or Time Voice Home Max plan, you will still be charged the monthly fee even when your broadband service has been suspended. It will stop being chargeable once the account is terminated.
If you are subscribed to the pay-per-use Time Voice Home Basic plan, you will be charged according to how much you use during the suspension period.
