loyalty program for TIME GOLD Residential & TIME TONE Residential,
and what are the benefits? |
| A : This is a loyalty program exclusively for TIME GOLD Residential
& TIME TONE Residential customers where they can earn RealRewards
points for monthly call usage above RM20. Points earned can
be redeemed for gifts and vouchers offered under the program.

| 2. Q : Is this promotion open
to TIME GOLD BIZSAVE and TIME TONE Business customers as well? |
| A : No, this promotion is only applicable toTIME GOLD Residential
and TIME TONE Residential customers only. |

| 3. Q :I am currently a TIME
GOLD Residential or TIME TONE Residential customers but not
yet a member of RealRewards. Do I automatically get my points
from TIME GOLD Residential
or TIME TONE Residential usage? |
| A : You need to be a RealRewards member first before you can
earn points for your TIME GOLD Residential or TIME TONE Residential
monthly call usage of above RM20. |

| 4. Q : Will a TIME GOLD Residential
and/or TIME TONE Residential customer be informed that he/she
is a RealRewards member? If not, how do I apply for my RealRewads
membership? |
| A : For a TIME GOLD Residential and/or TIME TONE Residential
existing customer who is already an existing RealRewards member,
he/she will be informed about this loyalty program through RealRewards
billing cycle, catalogue and also via RealRewards website. If
you are not yet a RealRewards member, TIME and RealRewards will
award you an automatic membership. If you do not receive any
news from RealRewards after August 2006, please contact RealRewards
directly at 03-80231300 for inquiry or logon
to www.realrewards.com.my

| 5. Q : Do I need to pay for
this RealRewards membership? |
| A : No, RealRewards lifetime membership is FREE of charge.. |

| 6. Q : Is there any criteria
to be a TIME GOLD Residential or TIME TONE Residential RealRewards
member? |
| A : Currently there are no specific criteria for a TIME GOLD
Residential or TIME TONE Residential customer to fulfil to be
a RealRewards member. |

| 7. Q : Are MESRA card and RealRewards
Ambank co-branded credit card included in TIME GOLD Residential
and TIME TONE Residential RealRewards loyalty program? |
| A : Yes, MESRA card and RealRewards Ambank co-branded credit
card are part of RealRewards membership program. |

| 8. Q : How many RealRewards
points do I get from my TIME GOLD Residential & TIME TONE Residential
usage? |
| A : TIME GOLD Residential & TIME TONE Residential
customers will be awarded RealRewards points for full bill
payment made in advance or on the due date with minimum usage
of RM20 per month (sales tax & line rental charges are excluded).

| 9. Q : Will I get my points
immediately after making TIME GOLD Residential or TIME TONE
Residential bill payment? |
| A : No, it will take 4 6 weeks before the points can be
awarded to you due to configuration process between TIME and
RealRewards. |

| 10. Q : Is there an expiry date
for the points I have earned? |
| A : No, all the points earned will not expire as long as
you remain as a RealRewards member. |

| 11. Q : Can TIME GOLD Residential
supplementary cardholders get points through this loyalty program? |
| A : No. Only the principal cardholder will get the points. |
 |
| 12. Q : Does TIME GOLD Cherish
and Close 2 Home program included in this loyalty program? |
| A : Yes. Both are TIME GOLD features and each usage from this
will be awarded points based on the terms and conditions in
question 8. |

| 13. Q : Is there any special
promotion for this loyalty program? |
| A : Yes. We are having a special promotion
to kick off this program in JUNE and JULY 2006, where TIME
GOLD Residential and TIME TONE Residential customers can earn
more points for their call usage as per the following:

Terms & conditions:
- call usage must be RM60.00 or more (excluding sales tax &
rental).

RealRewards points if I terminate my TIME GOLD Residential or
TIME TONE Residential services? |
| A : Termination of your TIME GOLD Residential or TIME TONE
Residential service will not affect your RealRewards points.
You can continue to keep them for future redemption. |
