Realrewards Loyalty Program For Time Gold Residential And Time Tone Residential

Dear TIME GOLD Residential and TIME TONE Residential customer.

First and foremost, we would like to thank you for being a TIME GOLD Residential and TIME TONE Residential customer and for the support you have given us. We hope you have enjoyed the discounts and others benefits that we offered you.

In appreciation of your loyal support, we are pleased to announce that starting from 1 June 2006 TIME GOLD Residential and TIME TONE Residential will participate in the RealRewards loyalty program whereby each customer will be given RealRewards points for their monthly call usage.

The conversion of TIME GOLD Residential and TIME TONE Residential call usage to RealRewards points will be based on call charges only (sales tax & line rental charges are excluded) and the total bill must be paid on or before the payment due date.

Conversion of points:

  • Call usage of MORE than RM20 and LESS than RM60/mth: RM2 = 1 point
  • Call usage of RM60/mth or MORE: RM1 = 1 point
  • No point for usage LESS than RM20

Kick Off Promotion For June And July

We are having a special promotion to kick off this program, where TIME GOLD Residential and TIME TONE Residential customers will have the opportunity to earn higher RealReward points based on the following terms and conditions:

  • Call usage of RM60/mth or MORE: RM 1 = 3 points
  • Call charges only (excluding sales tax & line rental).
  • Total bill must be paid on or before the payment due date.
  • Promotion period for JUNE and JULY 2006 only.
