TIME Tone Plus is a value added service offered to existing single line TIME Tone customers. It offers you a multitude of advanced features like Call Waiting and Three-Way Calling which help you manage different telecommunication needs. Activate or deactivate these features by using DTMF commands from your telephone, except for the Exclusive Hotline and Three-Way Calling services, which are always active for subscribers of these features.

1. Hotline Package (RM4.00/Month)

  • Delayed hotline - 4 seconds after lifting the handset
  • Exclusive Hotline - Automatic call

Service Guide

  • Delayed Hotline - (Service Code : 53)
    This feature automatically dials a pre-set hotline number if you do not commence dialing within 4 seconds after lifting the handset.

  • Exclusive Hotline
    With this feature, your phone will automatically call a hotline number specified during subscription whenever the handset is lifted. You can still receive incoming calls when your line is free, but outgoing calls can only be placed to the hotline number.

Note: if you subscribe to Exclusive Hotline, you cannot subscribe to other TIME TONE Plus packages.

2. Barring Control Package (RM5.00/Month)

Now you can prevent certain kinds of calls from being made from your phone with Barring Control.

This feature allows you to restrict different types of outgoing calls according to the following Restriction Class (RC).

Restriction Class (RC)
01 = Bar All Outgoing Calls
02 = Bar IDD, STD, 600 & Mobile Calls
03 = Bar IDD, STD, & 600 Calls
04 = Bar IDD & STD Calls

3. Value Tone Package (RM3.00/Month)

The better way to manage calls! In addition to handling incoming calls, Value Tone also offers features such as Reminder Call and Three-Way Calling

  • Call Forwarding All - (Service Code : 21)
    This feature allows you to divert all incoming calls to another phone regardless of the status of your phone. Click here for illustration.
    Note: Call forwarding all will override Call Forwarding Busy and Call Forwarding No Answer.
  • Call Forwarding Busy Line - (Service Code : 71)

  • Call Forwarding No Answer-(Service Code : 61)
    This feature allows you to divert all incoming calls to another phone regardless of the status of your phone.

  • Call Waiting - (Service Code : 43)
    During a phone call, this feature will notify you of a waiting call. You can then choose to terminate or place your current call on hold and swap between the current waiting call.

    Note: Call waiting will not operate if call Forwarding (Busy, No Answer or All) is active.
  • Reminder Call - (Service Code : 55)
  • This feature allows you to request an automatic "reminder" or "wake-up" call. At the per-set time your phone will ring and play TIMEÕs reminder announcement when you answer.
