User Terms and Conditions
- TIME Kontact SMS & Missed Callback permits the customer
to make call such as International Direct Dialing (IDD),
Subscriber Trunk Dialing (STD) and Mobile calls to almost
anywhere in the world through most touch-tones phones.
- Each card is uniquely numbered for personal use by the
customer. To avoid any misuse of the card by another party,
do not disclose the PIN number to others. TIME dotCom is
not responsible for any card damage, loss, theft, misuse
of the card or other difficulties arising there from.
- Every card has an expiry date stipulated at the front
portion of the card. The card is valid for twelve (12) months
from the date of first successful activation. TIME dotCom
will not refund any residual or portion of the card value
that has not been utilized either before or after the expiry
date.
- All STD, IDD and mobile calls made on TIME Kontact SMS & Missed Callback cards shall be charged at TIME Kontact SMS & Missed Callback rates.
- The total call value on the card is in Ringgit Malaysia
(RM). All call charges are subject to change from time to
time.
- Cards sold are non-returnable unless damaged at the time
of purchase. In such an event, customers are only allowed
to exchange the damaged card with a new card and there shall
be no cash refund.
- TIME dotCom reserves the absolute right without any prior
notice to:
- change the expiry date on the card from time to time
- abolish or terminate the card usage after it is sold to customer
- abolish, clarify, add or amend part or all of any telephony or call feature related to the card usage; and
- amend, vary or change any terms and conditions stipulated herein.
- Any dispute arising from the card usage will be decided
according to Malaysian Law.
- Utilization of the card shall reflect the customer's acceptance of the condition herein.
- TIME dotCom shall not be liable for any loss or damage
which may be occasioned through the interruption or loss
of use of the services from by any cause whatsoever and
shall make every effort to restore the services as soon
as reasonably possible.
- All call rates are inclusive of 5% Government tax.
