Declaration

  1. I hereby declare that the above information and the documents attached (if any) are true and valid and I hereby authorise TT dotCom Sdn. Bhd. ("TTdC") to verify the information from whatever sources TTdC may consider appropriate.
  2. I hereby agree that TTdC reserves the absolute right to either approve or reject my application.
  3. I hereby undertake to immediately notify TTdC in the event of theft, loss or unauthorised use of the card.
  4. I shall notify TTdC whenever there is a change in my mailing address within a reasonable time.
  5. I agree to be liable for all charges incurred by me from using the TIME GOLD Service(s).

Terms & Conditions

  1. DEFINITIONS
    "We", "Our" and "Us" means TT dotCom Sdn Bhd
    "You" and "Your" means The Customer
    "Service" means TIME GOLD Service for long distance (trunk) and international calls
    "Application" means Your duly completed application form for registration to subscribe for the Service, the form and content of which are set out below and constitute part of these terms and conditions
    "Agreement" means the agreement for Service made between You and Us in accordance with these terms and conditions
  2. AGREEMENT PERIOD
    This Agreement commences on the date the Service is activated and shall remain effective unless otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
  3. OUR OBLIGATIONS
    We will:
    1. provide You with the Service that You have subscribed;
    2. use Our best endeavours to provide customer support 24 hours, 7 days a week, via Our dedicated Customer Service Centre number supplied to You; and
    3. provide You with Our official monthly bill(s) statement for all the Service provided by Us to You accordingly.
  4. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
    You will:
    1. pay for all the Service charges incurred by You as stated in the official monthly bill statement;
    2. not commit any acts of fraud on the Service subscribed from Us;
    3. not commit any illegal and/or immoral acts when using the Service subscribed from Us;
    4. inform Us thirty (30) days in advance of any change in Your billing address and/or any termination of service with any of Your other Fixed and/or Mobile Network Provider(s); and
    5. not perform any acts of expose Our Service in breach of any of the provisions of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
  5. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
    5.1 We may terminate the Service and collect any amount due to Us if Zero usage of the Service occurs for three (3) consecutive months.
    5.2 You may terminate the Service by giving Us thirty (30) days prior notice in writing.
    5.3 We reserve the right to terminate the Service immediately for any non-compliance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or for any other reason deemed fit by Us.
  6. CARD REPLACEMENT
    If You request from Us for a card replacement (for any reason whatsoever), We reserve the right to charge You for the cost of the card replaced in the following official monthly bill statement.
  7. PAYMENT
    7.1 You shall pay Us the full amount incurred by You reflected in the official monthly bill statement and for all charges whatsoever occasioned by the use of the Service irrespective of whether such charges were authorized by You or had exceeded Your credit limit or had arisen from any other causes whatsoever.
    7.2 All payment to Us must be paid by the due date stated on the official monthly bill(s) statement(s) mailed to You.
    7.3 We reserve Our right to charge interest and any other third party costs incurred for any outstanding payments which exceeded the due date at the rate of 8% per annum or at such other rate as will be advised to You in writing from time to time and You shall continue to be liable to pay such amount, including any accrued interest thereon.
    7.4 In any proceedings between You and Us, any certificate issued by Us as to the monies for the time being due and owing to Us from You in connection with the Service shall be conclusive evidence of proof that the amount appearing therein is due and owing and payable by You to Us.
  8. DEPOSIT (As and When Required)
    8.1 We reserve Our right to charge You any deposit for the provision of the Service.
    8.2 We reserve Our right to set-off Your deposit against Your outstanding amount reflected in the official monthly bill statement.
  9. NOTICE
    9.1 The service of any notice and/or statement of account and/or official monthly bill statement(s) and/or correspondence and/or other form of communication from Us to You may be effected by forwarding a copy of the same by post to Your last known address as stated in the application or to such other addresses may be notified by You to Us from time to time in the form and manner as provided for in Clause 9.2 herein and shall be deemed to have been served on You at the time of posting of the aforesaid notice and/or statement of account and/or official monthly bill statement(s) and/or correspondence and/or other form of communication. Any failure on Your part to notify any changes of address resulting in the delay or return of any notice and/or statement of account and/or official monthly bill statement(s) and/or correspondence and/or other form of communication from Us to You shall not prejudice Our rights and entitlement under this Agreement.
    9.2 The service of any notice(s) and/or other form(s) of communication from You to Us may be effected by forwarding a copy of the same by Registered post to Our principal place of business as stated in the application and shall be deemed to have been served on Us upon Our receipt of the aforesaid notice(s) and/or other form(s) of communication.
    9.3 The service of any notice and/or legal process in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement on You may be effected by forwarding a copy of the same by post to Your last known address as stated in the Application or to such other address as may be notified by You to Us from time to time in the form and manner as provided for in Clause 9.2 herein and the notice and/or legal process shall be deemed to have been served on You at the time of the posting of the same.
  10. GENERAL
    10.1 We will not be responsible to You or to any other third parties for any losses (whether direct or indirect or consequential loss), damages, breach, costs or expenses arising from any failure which may be directly or indirectly related to the Service provided to You.
    10.2 Notwithstanding Clause 4, You will be liable to pay Your Network Provider for all call charges made to your personalised 8-digit number provided by Us.
    10.3 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respect in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Malaysia at such venue as designated by Us and waive any objection to the proceedings in such Courts.
    10.4 You agree that We may from time to time by giving prior written notice to You in the mode and manner as provided for in Clause 9.1, vary, add to or amend any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
    10.5 We shall also have the right to vary any applicable charges for the Service and make any alterations or modifications to the Service at any time We consider necessary for the proper and efficient functioning of Our network. Provided always that any such alteration or modifications shall not adversely affect the quality of the Service and You shall be bound to observe and comply with any such variation, addition or amendment.

Requirements

  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the date of this application.
  2. Please enclose a copy of your identification card (both sides).
  3. Please enclose a copy of your latest phone bill (must be in your name).
  4. For pre-paid mobile user, please include RM100 refundable deposit upon submission of application form.
  5. For autobilling service and pre-paid mobile user's deposit, please enclose a copy of your credit/charge card (both sides).
  6. Credit/charge card must be valid for at least 3 months at the date of application.
