TIME World Access is an account based (postpaid) voice grade service
designed specially for business customers who makes frequent STD
and IDD calls. TIME World Access operates via an intelligent, state-of-the-art
system. You can make calls as low as RM0.20 cent per minute to selected
destinations.
How To Use The Product
When customers subscribe to TWA, they will be provided with autodialer/s
(one autodialer per phone line). The autodialer is a compact device
that captures customers' IDD, STD and calls to mobile phones for
your entitled savings. The dialer can be used with any direct telephone
lines, facsimile phone lines and phones lines that run on analogue
PABX systems.
Each autodialer is programmed with a designated access number.
To make a call using TWA service, all a customer needs to do is
dial the IDD or STD destination number ('B' number, complete with
country/area codes). The call is captured by the autodialer and
then channeled to the TIME's intelligent system. The intelligent
system will validate the caller's CLI and provides a 'tone' acknowledging
successful validation of the caller.It will validate the CLI or
ANI and will provide a 'tone' to acknowledge successful validation.
Once successful, the caller is connected to the 'B' party/number.
The duration for the process takes about 5 to 10 seconds, thus customers
must expect a slight delay to be connected to the 'B' party/number.

Requirement
- Complete Time World Access Service Order form
- Complete AD Request for Installation form
- Copy of latest phone bill. Phone bill must show minimum usage
of RM150 per phone line
- Copy of Company registration form (either Form 9/24/49/Borang
D/Borang 13)
