1. TIME Kontact Close 2 Home is available for all TIME Kontact cards except for TIME Kontact SMS & Missed Callback card and TKC Canon card.
  2. Customers can make calls back to Malaysia from the selected 28 countries only.
  3. TIME Kontact Close 2 Home may not be accessible from some fixed line, mobile or public payphones in some countries. Customers are therefore advised to obtain the information prior to departure.
  4. Only phones that allow calls to1800 numbers can be used for the TIME Kontact Close 2 Home.
  5. TIME dotCom shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any disruption or interruption to the service by any cause whatsoever and shall make every effort to restore the services as soon as reasonably possible.
  6. TIME dotCom and / or its group of Companies are not liable for any extra surcharge imposed by other party as a result of using this service.
  7. TIME dotCom and / or its group of Companies reserves the absolute right, without any prior notice to customer, to change the rates.
  8. All timing of peak and off-peak hours are as per Malaysiantime.
