A. TIMEKontact is offering a 3 month promotion on its IDD
rates from 6th August 2004 to 30th October 2004. During this
period, customers will be able to enjoy rates as low as RM
0.15 per min for IDD calls.
*Price may vary for different countries and calls made to mobile phones. |

| A. To offer customers better rates and discounts in order to gain dominance and market share in the prepaid calling card market. |

| 3. Q Is this rate available for all IDD countries? |
| A. No. The promotional rate is only applicable to top 21 selected countries and the countries are as follows: China, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal,
Myanmar, Thailand, France, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Indonesia,Germany, New Zealand, USA / Canada, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Vietnam (Rates for other countries will remain the same) |

| A. No, the rate for STD will remain as it is; a flat rate of RM 0.30 per min within Semenanjung Malaysia and 0.40 cents per min to Sabah & Sarawak. |

| A. The promotional rate applies to all TIMEKontact cards,
regardless of denomination and visual. (Including visuals of
Bollywood, WWF, Football Heroes, Generic card etc). |

| A. The rates are applicable 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays |
