| A : It is an enhanced feature for TIME GOLD which allows subscribers
to make calls back to Malaysia from certain overseas destinations. |

| A : No, it is an ongoing feature for TIME GOLD. |

| 3. Q : WILL CUSTOMERS BE APPLICABLE FOR DISCOUNTS WHEN THEY
MAKE CALLS FROM OVERSEAS USING THIS FEATURE? |
| A : Yes, they will get up to a 10% or 20% discount accordingly for calls made
from the defined overseas destination to Malaysia. |

| 4. Q : IS THE DISCOUNT APPLICABLE FOR BOTH PEAK AND OFF-PEAK
PERIODS? |
| A : Yes, the discount is applicable during peak and off-peak periods. |

| 5. Q : WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS FOR THE PEAK/OFF-PEAK PERIODS? |
| A : Peak Hours : 7.00 am - 7.00 pm / Off peak : 7.00 pm -
7.00am according to Malaysian timing. |

| 6. Q : WHAT NUMBERS DO WE HAVE TO USE TO MAKE CALLS BACK TO MALAYSIA? |
| A : Users will have to dial access numbers allocated for each country to call back to Malaysia. Upon which, they can then dial the local fixed or mobile number. |

| 7. Q : IS THE FEATURE AVAILABLE FOR TGP CUSTOMERS? |
| A : No, it is only applicable for TIME GOLD customers. |

| A : You can call from 37 countries i.e Argentine, Australia,
Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungry, Mexico, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore,
South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK
and USA |

| 9. Q : ARE THE DISCOUNTS APPLICABLE FOR CALLS MADE FROM ALL THE COUNTRIES? |
| A : Yes, except for Singapore. There is no discount for calls
from Singapore. |

FOR THE RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES? |
| A : 10% - Philippines, USA, Canada, Indonesia, Switzerland.
20% - Japan, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece,
Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain,
Sweden, Turkey and UK. 0% - Singapore. |

| 11. Q : DO I STILL ENJOY THE EXISTING 50% DISCOUNT? |
| A : Yes, you will enjoy the 50% discount for your STD and
IDD calls as usual. |

| 12. Q : CAN I CALL OTHER COUNTRIES APART FROM MALAYSIA WHEN I AM OVERSEAS? |
| A : No, you can use this service only to call back to Malaysia. |

| 13. Q : WHICH PHONES CAN I USE
(WHILE I AM TRAVELLING) TO CALL BACK TO MALAYSIA USING THE
CLOSE 2 HOME SERVICE? |
| A : You can use any phone in the respective countries which allows you to call Toll Free numbers ( 1-800, 800, etc ). This will depend on each country whose policies may differ. |

| 14. Q : CAN I USE THIS SERVICE FROM MY HOTEL ROOM PHONE? |
| A : Yes, you can. However, this depends on the particular hotel in a particular country. Some hotels do bar their customers from calling out to Toll Free numbers. |

| 15. Q : HOW DO I DETERMINE IF A PARTICULAR HOTEL ALLOWS FOR CALLS TO 1-800 NUMBERS? |
| A : You will have to check with the management of the particular hotel on the availability of phones allowing for access to 1-800
(toll free) numbers. Some hotels may only allow certain Telecommunication operators' toll free numbers on their network. |

| 16.Q : I TRIED TO USE THE CLOSE 2 HOME SERVICE ON MY MOBILE PHONE WHILE TRAVELLING OVERSEAS BUT IT WAS BARRED? |
| A : This could be because some mobile operators may not allow for Toll Free numbers to be accessed through their network. Therefore, you may need to use a fixed line phone which allows you to access 1-800 numbers for the Close 2 Home service while away travelling.

| 17. Q : HOW DO I APPLY FOR THIS FEATURE? |
| A : All you have to do is sign up for TIME GOLD. This feature is automatically available as part of TIME GOLD's features. |

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) All TG subscribers are eligible for the TG enhanced features
including Close 2 Home.
2) Subscribers can only make calls back to Malaysia from the
defined destinations.
3) Only phones which allow 1 800 numbers to be accessed can
be used for the Close 2 Home service.
4) All information pertaining to the list of toll-free access
numbers and calling procedures is advised to be obtained prior
to departure.
5) In the event that calls made are from destinations not
defined by TG, the discounts will thus not apply.
6) All timings of peak and off-peak hours are as per Malaysian
hours.
7) The rates charged for Close 2 Home calls may change upon
the discretion of the company. |
