2. Complete the application form and fax it to 603 2731 2144 along with:
   • Photocopy of NRIC (or passport); or
   • Photocopy of Company Registration Form (Form 24); and
   • Photocopy of credit card (front and back).
3. Call 603 2730 5287 to confirm that we have received your facsimile.

New registrations will normally be processed within three hours of receipt.

Please note: Original copies of signed registration form, NRIC/passport or Company Registration Form must be mailed to the address below within seven (7) days failing which, the service may be suspended.

CHAIRPERSON passcode - please keep this confidential. You require this code to commence a meeting.

PARTICIPANT passcode - please send this code to others who are authorised and invited to the meeting so they can join the conference call.

N.B. Once activated, the passcodes can be used at any time.
