The chairperson pays for the meeting:
- The chairperson pays RM0.50 per participant per minute
(or portion thereof), including Chairperson.
- Participants pay only normal telephone charges to their
service provider from where they dial in.
- Participants' time ends when they or the chairperson exits
the conference call, whichever happens first.
- The chairperson receives an itemised monthly statement.
