1. What is TIME Broadband?
TIME Broadband is a broadband service brought to you by TIME dotCom Berhad. This service offers a high-speed and reliable Internet connection utilising an IP Network. A high-speed bandwidth is ideal for supporting most broadband applications such as voice, video streaming and other media applications.
2. What is unique about TIME Broadband?
TIME Broadband supports next generation technologies that give you internet access at higher speeds of up to 10Mbps.
3. Do I need a phone line in order to get TIME Broadband?
No. You do not need a phone line to be connected to the broadband service.
4. Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes, you will be bound to a 12/24 months contract period upon subscription unless stated otherwise.
5. Can I apply for IP address(es) upgrade?
Yes, IP address(es) upgrade is chargeable as below:
- Upgrade to 1 Static IP at RM200 per month.
- Upgrade to 5 Static IP at RM400 per month.
6. Can I maintain the same IP address(es), if I apply for additional IPs?
No. Your first issued IP(s) will be deactivated and you will be issued with a new range of IP addresses.

Our engineer will configure your PC for PPPoE authentication. Once authenticated, you will be able to access the Internet without any additional authentication processes. You can login to the webmail here

11. What do I require to enjoy TIME Broadband service?
To connect to the
TIME Broadband service, TIME will provide you the necessary equipment; like modem or router depending on the access technology used. Our technician will perform the necessary cabling and installation of the equipment (if necessary) at your premises. You would also need a PC/notebook with the minimum requirements as stated below:

12. Will I need to purchase a modem for TIME Broadband service?
No. TIME will provide the modem once you have subscribed to the service.
*TIME will not be held responsible or liable for any problems arising should the customer(s) use any modems other than the modems provided by TIME.
13. Should the equipment become faulty, damaged or lost during the contract period; will I be charged for it?
Should there be any faults with the modem, TIME will repair the equipment with no charges imposed. However, the warranty does not cover the loss of equipment, damages due to the customer's negligence or an act of God (rain, lightning, thunderstorm, power surges or other natural occurring phenomena). However, TIME will replace the equipment based on customer request and it will be charged in the customer's bill.
14. Will there be any charges for additional cabling?
Yes. You will be charged for additional cabling installation and material fees.

16. What are the documents required?
Business customers are required to provide:
- Photocopy of Form 24 or Form 49 (Company), Form 13 (if applicable) or;
- Photocopy of Form D & A (Sole Proprietorship) or;
- Form D & B (Partnership) or;
- Form 79 or Form 80 or Form 80a or Form 83 or Form 83a (Foreign Company) or;
- For NGO/Association/Cooperative; certificate of practice issued by the relevant authority and;
- A copy of the latest phone bill (must be under applicant's name)
Residential customers are required to provide:
- Copy of NRIC or passport; and
- Utility bills (for existing residents); or
- Copy of tenancy agreement / utility deposit receipt (since new areas have no utility bills yet)
17. What are the additional fees incurred if I decide to subscribe to the service?
You will be required to pay for the one-time service fee that will be charged in your first billing statement:
- Installation and Administrative Fees: RM 150 (One time charge)
- Advance Payment: 1 month
- Service reactivation fee (if any) - RM 10
- Stamp duty - RM 10
18. Can I upgrade or change the package plan anytime within the contractual period?
Yes, you are allowed to upgrade the packages one month after the subscription of the service but the service upgrade will be effective on the next billing cycle. However, you are not allowed to downgrade the package within the contract period.
19. Can I terminate the subscription of the service within the minimum contract period?
Yes. However, if you terminate the subscription within the minimum contract period, you shall be liable to pay the access fee charges for the remaining month(s) of the minimum contract period.
20. Can I subscribe if I am a non-Malaysian?
Yes. You are eligible to subscribe to our services.
21. Do I need to pay any deposits to subscribe to the services?
A deposit of RM1000 for businesses and RM500 for individuals is applicable for non-Malaysian or non-Malaysian Registered Companies and it will be charged in the first bill.
22. What is the billing process for TIME Broadband service?
You will be billed on a monthly basis and the bills will be issued by TT dotCom Sdn. Bhd.
23. Will I have to pay for itemised billing?
No. Itemised billing is free of charge.
24. How long will it take for TIME to install and activate the service?
TIME will take a total of 7 working days* to install the equipment and activate the service.
*Working days; Monday - Friday except Public Holidays.
