1. What is Basic Voice Line?
Basic Voice Line is a fixed line service that provides basic telephone services.
2. What types of outgoing calls are supported by Basic Voice Line?
Basic Voice Line supports all types of outgoing calls, i.e.

3. Can I make international calls to all destinations?
Yes, Basic Voice Line customers are allowed to make calls to all major countries in the world.

5. What do I get when I subscribe?
You will receive a telephone line, telephone number(s) and free directory listing.
6. Can I also use it as a fax line?
Yes, you can.
7. Are there any other features?
Yes, Basic Voice Line Plus is offered specifically for Basic Voice Line single line users. Basic Voice Line Plus offers a range of value-added service features such as Call Waiting, Three Way Calling, Reminder Call, Call Forwarding, Exclusive Hotline, and Barring Control.
8. Can I access the Internet using Basic Voice Line?
Yes, you can access the Internet using both short codes (1511 only) and all 7 or 8 digit Internet access numbers.
9. What is the monthly service rental charge?
The charge is RM 45 per line monthly for business customers and RM 25 per line monthly for residential customers.
10. Is there a charge for itemised billing?
No, it's completely free.
11. How do I subscribe?

12. Is there a minimum term required?
Yes, the minimum contract is 1 year. If you terminate the contract before its expiry date, you'll need to pay the remaining balance of the first year's contract.
13. Can I apply for a temporary service?
Yes, but this service is only provided to customers who are already connected to TIME network via the Basic Voice Line Temporary Services. This is especially for users who need a line for less than 12 months, i.e. exhibition, expo, promotions etc. The details are:
