Our Company |
TIME dotCom Berhad was incorporated as a public company on 11
December 1996 under the name of TIME Telecommunications Holdings
Berhad. It adopted its present name on 17 January 2000 and was listed
on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 12 March 2001.
TIME dotCom's full suite of telecommunications licenses are held
by its subsidiaries - TT dotCom Sdn Bhd, TIME dotNet Berhad and
TIME Sat Sdn Bhd. Thus TIME dotCom is able to offer its services
to both the domestic and international markets, from voice and data
communications to dial-up and broadband Internet provision, payphones
and multimedia solutions.

Fixed Line Services, Broadband & Internet
Services |
TIME dotCom Group provides fixed line, voice and data communications
and other value-added services using the 'TIME' brand. The Group's
fixed line and broadband business handle four major product categories,
namely Direct Access, which deals with products that require the
Group's infrastructure to be built into customers' premises; Indirect
Access covers products that do not require the building of infrastructure;
Multimedia; and Broadband and Managed Network systems.
TIME dotCom Group provides dial-up and broadband Internet services
to commercial and residential customers under the 'TIMENet' brand.
Also known as the Group's ISP, TIMENet, has been operating since
August 2000 and it continues to grow in terms of subscriber base
as well as usage. With existing capacity for high speed broadband,
TIMENet has virtually unlimited bandwidth to meet the increasing
demands of its customers. The growth of content application and
through the fixed wireless and wireline technology TIMENet is poised
to position itself as an industry leader in content and value added
services. Focusing on both corporate and individual customers, TIMENet
is also offering web hosting, web designing, server co-location
and other facilities management services.

Payphone Services |
TIME dotCom Group provides public payphone services
throughout Malaysia under the 'TIME' and 'Uniphone' brands. Currently,
the Group operates an extensive network of 38,000 public payphones
that are strategically located at buildings, shopping complexes
and sidewalks throughout the country. TIME Payphones are efficiently
managed by an online Payphone Management System (PMS), which is
capable of real-time reporting.
TIME Payphones range from the latest multi-payment payphones that
accept various types of payments such as coins, smart cards and
major credit cards, to conventional payphones that accept coins
and/or prepaid phone cards.
