The positions that need to be filled-up are:

Senior Manager – Human Resource (Training & Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and accountable for organization wide training strategy and managing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the Company’s training & development programs
  • Coordinate, review and provide inputs for continual refinement of the company’s performance management system
  • Coordinate and manage career development of identified talents through close contact with HOD
  • Manage and actively involved in the succession planning process
  • Responsible for continual improvement in organizational structure
  • Responsible for managing staff competency by identifying the gaps and introducing suitable programs to close the gaps

Requirements:

  • Degree in related discipline with 6-8 years of training & development exposure with 2 years stint in Strategic Human Capital function
  • Preferably from a telecommunication or any service industry background
  • Relevant experience and interest in building capacity of others and conducting instructional and participatory trainings, workshops and presentations
  • Able to perform tasks/skills analysis; curriculum and training requirements development
  • Skilled communicator and good interaction skills for all levels
  • Strategic thinker, strong team leadership abilities
  • Good customer service skills

Manager – Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • To work together with business units in identifying and establishing performance measures and ensuring alignment with the company scorecard
  • Provide and maintain progress report performed by business units against the plan
  • Standardize and present overall business operation performance report to management
  • Analyse respective business units deliverables to meet their overall business targets and goals set
  • Work closely and provide participative and consultative role to facilitate business units to address issues
  • Time delivery, implementation and submission of all progress status, business reports and escalation or any potential risk identified

Requirements:

  • Possesses a Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration
  • Having a minimum of 5 years of related working experience in project management
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Effective report writing and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and action oriented skills

Manager – Human Resource (Training & Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and accountable for organization wide technical training strategy and managing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the Company’s technical trainings
  • Lead the Technical Training Committee
  • Develop, coordinate and manage the career development programs for all technical staff in the company
  • Coordinate all the technical knowledge sharing and train the trainer programs
  • Provide full support for the E-Training
  • Ability to coordinate well with training vendors in identifying the best technical trainings for technical staff

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or Information Technology field with 5-6 years of related experience in technical support
  • Good technical skills on competency study, project management and quantitative analysis
  • Result oriented and well organized
  • Good presentation skills and with strong team leadership abilities

Manager – Human Resource (Industrial/Employee Relations)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Industrial Relations & Employee Relations issue for the Company including the trade union related activities
  • Industrial Relations: manage discipline and grievances, carry out investigation, conduct inquiry on disciplinary and misconduct related matters, liaison with IR consultant and provide assistance in updating and interpreting Labor Law, Industrial Relations Law and Employment Act.
  • Employee Relations: To assist in organizing and coordinating employee relation activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or related discipline with 5-6 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Industrial Relations and Employment/Labor Law of Malaysia
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, tactful and independent with minimum supervision
  • Well verse with Domestic Inquiry procedures

Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (SAP) – Information Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level support for Telco Enterprise Management applications (Financial, HR, Intranet)
  • Manage daily Enterprise Management applications (access right, configuration management, escalation and reporting)
  • Liaison with vendors on Enterprise Management related application support services and system maintenance
  • Plan and manage resources in new application handover by managing application, testing, training and operating procedure handover

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information technology/Computer Science with MIS background or related field
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in IT related field with a minimum of 2 years exposure in system project management
  • Good knowledge in system development life cycle and systems integration
  • Experience in Telecommunications Enterprise Management related solutions i.e. Financial System, HR System & Portal Development
  • Strong knowledge of SAP/R3 or financial and enterprise solutions
  • Good knowledge in system and project management methodology
  • Strong vendor liaison and management skills

Service Operations Engineer – Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Handle top priority customers
  • Monitor customer’s IP network
  • Perform 1st & 2nd level support and escalate to network Control Centre for 3rd level support
  • Provide technical helpdesk support
  • End to end fault management including provide fault reports, fault analysis and meeting with customers to discuss improvement plans
  • Able to provide customer on plan events update from time to time
  • Able to work on shift 24 x 7

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
  • At least 1-2 yrs experience in customer service data centre environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literate

Executive Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on training on all management related works to gain practical work experience
  • Transferable within all the Division in the Company

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering/Information Tech./Computer Science/Business Administration/Marketing
  • Must possesses at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Active in extra curriculum activities

Account Manager – Government Sales (7 positions available in Eastern, Northern & Southern Regions)

Responsibilities:

  • Sell quality communication based products/solutions to an assigned portfolio of State Government Departments
  • To achieve the sales revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction & loyalty targets attributed to the assigned portfolio
  • To work with the support teams to assist with the development of solutions when required and delivery of presentations & proposals to the state government officials

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in working/liaison with Government agencies
  • Good sales and business development experience
  • Good links with state government agencies
  • Good selling skills, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

Customer Service Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Interaction Monitoring in Customer Interaction Centre
  • To ensure that CSC performs its defined function to fulfill the department objectives and goals
  • Manage the daily Interaction Monitoring functions especially calls handled by Customer Interaction Centre staff and takes on the tasks escalation monitoring
  • Performs quality checking on timeliness and accuracy of data entry

Requirements:

  • Degree in related field with 2 years experience in customer service/quality control aspect preferably in telecommunication industry
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Meticulous, customer service and action oriented
  • Good teamwork spirit and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001

Executive – Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Group Business Strategic Planning by providing relevance research and facts findings
  • Perform gap analysis and information gathering on political, economical, social, technological and competitive environment
  • Obtain data on industry trends and analysts reports new market opportunities, drivers and threats
  • Review annual operating plans, strategies and recommend strategic realignment where necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/MIS. MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in either strategic market planning, research base, MIS and/or BI system
  • Good hands-on knowledge in strategic market planning and report writing
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication, presentation skills
