| For the second year running, TIME dotCom deployed its innovative approach of combining a charity drive with its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey by pledging a contribution of RM5 for every survey answered to Hospis Malaysia, a charitable organisation dedicated to providing Palliative Care services for the community.
The charitable intent behind the Customer Satisfaction Survey attracted 700 TIME dotCom's customers and associates to respond, generating proceeds of RM3,500 which was presented to Hospis Malaysia in September 2005. Last year, the Company also contributed RM3,500 to Hospis Malaysia using the same approach for its 2004 Customer Satisfaction Survey.
TIME dotCom is now planning to continue with this initiative of contributing a specific amount for every answered questionnaire in its yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey.
