Customers of TIME dotCom showed their caring attitude towards the less fortunate by participating in a Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by TIME DotCom. In return for their support, TIME contributed RM5 for every answered questionnaire to Hospis Malaysia, a charitable organisation dedicated to provide Palliative Care services for the community.

The survey attracted 700 respondents and the proceeds were presented to Hospis Malaysia. TIME’s relationship with Hospis Malaysia started with a sponsorship for their Annual Treasure Hunt in April 2004.

Following the success of this project, TIME is planning to continue with the effort of contributing a specific amount from every answered questionnaire in the yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey.
