Analyst-Enterprise Application
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Application and support scope:
- SAP (general trouble-shooting, modification, and application issue),
- HRMS (general trouble-shooting e-payrol, e-profile issue, and application issue)
- BPM - Business Process Management (process improvement, general trouble-shooting, modification, and application issue),
- ERP (system improvement, general trouble-shooting, modification, and application issue),

- Change Request (CR) to be attended and resolved within the SLA’s, any issue on the resolution is to be followed up via email.

Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day network/service surveillance and fault management for TIME's network products and services, including but not limited to Internet broadband services, DNS, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), and MPLS Virtual Private Network (MPLS VPN) services, PSTN and etc
- Interface with customers to expedite service recovery, as well as to communicate service changes and improvements.
- As 2nd level support to Customer Service Department for all technical resolution.
- Able to work in 24*7 shift environment.
- Responsible for problem/incident management, tracking of all issues, escalation, and reporting
Requirements:
- Posses at least a Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or its equivalent. Possessing industry certifications (CCNP/JNCIS and above) is an advantage
- Have a strong passion in IP, transmission networking, as well as have the drive and energy to pursue a career in this field.

Principal Engineer, 3rd Level Support
Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day network monitoring and fault management for TIME's network products and services, including but not limited to Internet broadband services, DNS, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), and MPLS Virtual Private Network (MPLS VPN) services.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for Operation Centre on problem resolution.
- Interface with customers to expedite service recovery, as well as to communicate service changes and improvements.
- Liaise, coordinate, and be involved with the projects on service improvement and optimization.
- Review, revise and recommend Standard Operation Procedures to optimize operations efficiency.
- Conduct trainings and knowledge transfers to Operations Centre staffs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should:
- Posses at least a Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or its equivalent. Possessing industry certifications (CCNP/JNCIS and above) is an MUST.
- Posses strong knowledge on the following:
- TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, with at least one year of hands on experience. Experience in MPLS and MPLS VPN is an advantage. Data communication equipments across multiple platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei etc.).Network Management Systems (MRTG, Cflow, Syslog, etc.). Firewalls, AAA, UNIX and other Internet applications (DNS, Email protocols, VoIP, etc.).
