Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day technical support and fault management for all TIME’s network products and services, including but not limited to Internet broadband services, DNS, Modem and Router configuration, troubleshooting for broadband, ability to interpret test results, advise customers on connection via bridging mode and etc.
  • Interface with customers to expedite service recovery, as well as to communicate resolution to customers
  • As 2nd level support to Customer Service Dept for all technical resolution
  • Able to work in 24/7 shift environment

Manager, Rewards Management
Responsibilities:

  • Assist and provide support to the Total Rewards Dept. to meet the company’s business objectives through the implementation and management of effective compensation and benefits programs that meet internal equity & external competitiveness requirements in order to attract, motivate and retain right talent
  • Develops and recommends Total Rewards and compensation programs, policies and administrative procedures as well as incentive, bonus and other special payment plans for the company

Responsibilities:

  • The role is to provide 1st & 2nd level & onsite support services to resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for Level 3 problem resolution
  • Analyze, define user requirements and conduct impact analysis for new requests
  • Develop and configure systems CRs according to timeline
  • Conduct feasibility study for any new requests

Responsibilities:


  • Daily monitoring of cash flow for payments and placements
  • Review Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis
  • Ensure timely and accurate update of bank entries/transactions to financial systems
  • Preparation of monthly report and analysis for actual cash flow
  • Review the banking facilities repayment schedule and arrangement of principal and interest payments upon due dates
  • Assist in year end audit queries and tax queries
  • Reconciliation of top 20 active vendors in accounts payable
  • Monitoring of payments terms for vendors to ensure payments made within the stipulated timeline
  • Analysis of expenses.  To ensure charges are correctly done in SAP system on a monthly basis

Responsibilities:

  • Perform overall IP network architecture design to support TIME’s network products and services, including but not limited to MPLS, MPLS VPN, BGP and etc.
  • Provide solutions on latest IP based products and technology
  • Provide Level 3 technical support on problem resolution
  • Liaise, coordinate and be involved with the projects on service improvement and optimization
  • Review, revise and recommend SOPP to optimize operations efficiency
  • Conduct trainings and knowledge transfers to internal staffs

Requirements:

  • Candidate with a recognized Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or its equivalent.  Also posses industry technical certifications (CCNP/JNCIS and above) is a MUST
  • Posses strong knowledge on TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS and BGP with at least 5 years of hands-on operations experience
  • Good experience in IPV6, MPLS and MPLS VPN is a must

Responsibilities:

Service Manager - Service Assurance
Responsibilities:

  • You are the face and voice of the customers in matters of service delivery, assurance & improvement.
  • Your main role will involve communicating with customers and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs of the customers are met.
  • We depend on you to ensure customer’s satisfaction in our products and services
  • A hands on approach is required to ensure you have first hand information at all times.
  • Timely update to customers on any issues pertaining to delivery of service and also fault management.  You call the customer more than they call you.
  • Pay lots of visits to the customers.  Coordinate service review & improvement meetings with customers and handle ad hoc requests

Requirements:

  • A Technical degree either in Computing or Engineering is preferred.   
  • Multilingual is definitely a plus.   
  • At least 3 years’ of experience in implementation of communications infrastructure or client management

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to carry out and manage day-to-day operational matters and function of Service Operation Center (SOC) Engineer
  • To manage customer service problem/network outage as per SOC processes and procedures

  • To perform escalation as per SOC processes and procedure during service problem/network outages

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Engineering and Product users to gather data integration requirements based on TM Forum Framework
  • Automate routine tasks for OSP, Transmission, IP & Voice platform using Unix & Windows scripting

  • ETL coding/scripting for new network integration
  • Maintenance of existing OSS systems like Network Inventory, Fault and Performance Management Systems

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in a Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science
  • Competency in Unix/Windows scripting for integration & automation
  • Web development using Java applet, Javascript and SQL

  • Experiences in IP monitoring like Solarwinds or CCNA certification is a plus
